you electronically rather than via snail-mail. With our new E-Statements service you'll always have your statements handy and never have to fuss with paper statements again. We also give you the option to have your statement sent to two different e-mail addresses. To get started log on to Online Banking, click on the E-Services icon and follow the sign-up procedures.

Stay on top of financial matters with Velocity's FREE email alert service. It's just like having your own personal financial assistant to remind you when:

Moment's Notice email alert service lets you set the timing of alerts, so you can get alerts hourly, daily, weekly or monthly, with a maximum of one per hour (that's 24 per day!). You choose the frequency of each alert and can change the frequency or type of alerts at any time. Four easy steps to begin using Bill Pay -
- Visit www.velocitycu.com and log on to your online banking account
- Click on the "Online Bill Pay" link
- Setup information for each bill payee by clicking on the "Add a Payee" button and filling in the required information
- Select whether you want to simply pay a bill once or setup an automatic recurring payment to a payee. You can also save payee information for bills that can be paid whenever you wish.
STAR Teller (telephone audio response)
There's an automated teller ready to take your call 24-hours a day. You'll need a PIN to access STAR Teller. You can even use the same PIN to access your account for Online Banking.
Direct Deposit
Save yourself a trip to Velocity every payday. If your employer offers direct deposit, let us handle it.
And we'll even make sure you get paid early! If we receive your company's direct deposit before your scheduled payday, Velocity will post the direct deposit to your account, even if it's one or two days before your payday.

Protect yourself. Sign up for overdraft protection from your savings or line of credit, and we will pay overdrafts up to the amount of the available funds. There is a small fee for this service.
Automatic Drafts
You can make regular payments, such as auto, mortgage, or credit card easily from your checking account by setting up an electronic draft with a merchant or service vendor. To permit a merchant or service vendor to draft your checking account, give them your 10-digit account number located at the bottom center of your Velocity check, as well as the Velocity routing number: 314977133.
